When someone picks up your coffee bag, the first thing they notice is the design. Before they taste the beans, they see the package. Good printing matters.

We use rotogravure printing for most of our coffee pouches. It's an older technology but still the best for this job. The process uses engraved cylinders that carry ink to the film. Each cylinder prints one color. Our presses can run up to eleven colors, which gives designers a lot of flexibility.

What makes gravure different from digital printing is the depth of color. The ink sits on the surface in a thicker layer. Colors look richer. Blacks are deeper. Images have more dimension. For coffee packaging, where you might have photos of beans or roasting scenes, this matters. The MOPP outer layer accepts ink very well. It's treated during manufacturing to make sure the ink sticks and stays stuck. No peeling or scratching off in shipping.

We offer different finishes too. Gloss lamination makes colors pop and gives the bag a shiny, vibrant look. It's good for bold designs and bright branding. Matte lamination is more subtle. It has a soft, smooth feel and an elegant appearance. Many specialty coffee roasters prefer matte because it looks more premium and less commercial.

For extra details, we can add spot UV coating. This puts a glossy, raised effect on specific parts of the design, like your logo. Or embossing, which presses a pattern into the material so you can feel it. These touches cost a little more but make the bag stand out.
