The preservation of product quality depends fundamentally on packaging barrier performance. Our MOPP/VMPET/PE construction represents a carefully engineered system where each layer contributes specific protective properties.

The metallized MOPP layer provides excellent moisture barrier characteristics (<0.5 g/m²/24h at 38°C/90% RH), crucial for maintaining product texture and preventing moisture migration. The VMPET core layer offers exceptional oxygen barrier performance (<1.0 cm³/m²/24h at 23°C/0% RH) and complete light blockage, protecting sensitive contents from oxidation and photodegradation.

The PE sealant layer ensures hermetic closure while providing additional barrier against aroma loss and contamination. We employ advanced testing methodologies including oxygen transmission rate (OTR) analysis, water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) measurement, and accelerated shelf-life studies to validate performance across varying climate conditions. For enhanced protection, we offer modified structures with additional barrier coatings or alternative material combinations, ensuring optimal preservation for specific product categories from sensitive pharmaceuticals to oxygen-reactive food products.
