The innermost PE contact layer is the key to food safety guarantee. Food-grade polyethylene material features excellent chemical inertness, which does not react with acidic, oily and dry food ingredients, ensuring no harmful substance precipitation during product storage. It is suitable for direct packaging of various foods such as nuts, dried fruits, snacks, seasonings and tea, and can also be used for packaging low-sensitivity daily chemical and pet products. All raw materials do not contain plasticizers, heavy metals and other prohibited ingredients, fully passing EU REACH and RoHS environmental safety tests.
In addition, the integral lamination process avoids safety hazards caused by inferior bonding adhesives. We use food-grade environmental protection adhesives for composite processing, which are non-toxic and residue-free, ensuring the overall safety of the pouch.
