All raw materials of the PET/AL/PE structure are food-grade certified. The outer PET layer meets EU REACH environmental protection standards, containing no harmful substances such as heavy metals and phthalates. The aluminum layer adopts food-safe vacuum aluminum plating technology, without chemical residue, and will not precipitate harmful substances in contact with products. The inner PE layer is high-purity food-grade polyethylene, which is inert and non-reactive, suitable for direct contact with solid, powder, and partial liquid food and cosmetic raw materials.
In terms of production processes, we adopt dust-free workshop production and strict quality control systems to avoid secondary pollution of products during processing. Each batch of products undergoes strict barrier performance, sealing strength, and safety migration testing to ensure full compliance with US 21 CFR food contact regulations and EU 10/2011/EU plastic material standards.
In addition to food safety compliance, our products also meet European environmental protection and packaging labeling requirements. The multi-layer composite structure does not contain prohibited additives, and the product packaging can provide complete material component reports and test certificates, helping customers smoothly pass customs inspection and market supervision in Europe and the United States.
For cosmetic and personal care products, the aluminum barrier layer can also isolate external pollution and bacterial invasion, ensuring the purity and safety of cosmetic ingredients, which fully meets the high-standard packaging safety requirements of European and American daily chemical markets.
