What Happens Before Your Bags Ship

When you order custom coffee pouches, you're trusting us with your brand's image. Before any bags leave our facility, they go through several checks to make sure everything is right.

The process starts with material verification. Every roll of MOPP, VMPET, and PE film gets tested before it goes on the press. We check thickness, surface treatment, and barrier properties. Raw materials that don't meet specs never make it into production.

During printing, we pull samples regularly and compare them to the approved proof. Colors are measured with spectrophotometers that detect differences the human eye might miss. If a color drifts outside our tolerance, we stop the press and correct it before continuing.

After lamination, we check bond strength between layers. The layers have to stick together firmly. Weak lamination can lead to delamination later, especially at the seals. We test samples from each production lot to verify adhesion meets requirements.

Valve installation gets its own inspection. As mentioned earlier, every valve is tested automatically. We don't sample valves; we test every single one. This is the only way to guarantee 100% functionality.

Before slitting and bag-making, we verify that all specifications match the order. Film width. Print repeat length. Valve position. Zipper type. Everything gets checked against the job ticket.

Finished pouches are sampled again. We check seal strength by trying to pull seals apart. We check dimensions by measuring bags against drawings. We check appearance by examining bags under proper lighting.

Only after all these checks do we pack and ship. And every step is documented. If a question comes up later, we can trace exactly when and where a batch was made. This traceability gives our customers confidence that what they ordered is exactly what they receive.
