Each time you tear open an OPP self-adhesive bag, have you ever wondered - why do some bags open easily and stick smoothly, while others either fail to stick firmly or tear the bag body? This seemingly simple "opening and closing experience" hides the delicate balance of material science and craftsmanship.

The glue formula is the "soul" of the self-adhesive bag.
Ordinary glue is susceptible to temperature changes - it becomes sticky and penetrates in summer, and loses its stickiness in winter. We use imported environmentally friendly hot-melt glue, which has been tested in the laboratory. Its retention rate of stickiness in the temperature range of -10℃ to 50℃ exceeds 95%. This means that whether it is outdoor storage in the northeastern winter or transportation containers in the southern summer, your products can be securely sealed.

The "golden ratio" of film thickness and stiffness
Many customers mistakenly believe that "the thicker, the more durable". However, overly thick OPP films can cause difficulties in aligning the self-adhesive areas. Through 100,000 opening and closing tests, we found that 35-40 microns is the optimal range that balances protection and ease of use.
