Custom stand-up pouches have become a mainstream packaging solution in the European and American markets, largely driven by the high-performance multi-layer composite structure of BOPP/VMPET/PE. This three-layer laminated design integrates the unique advantages of three professional packaging materials, solving the freshness preservation, durability and printing demands of mid-to-high-end product packaging, and has become a standard configuration for premium flexible packaging in Western consumer markets.

The outer BOPP layer serves as the protective and printing base of the pouch. With excellent tensile strength, abrasion resistance and high gloss finish, it effectively resists scratches, friction and external extrusion during transportation, storage and shelf display. Meanwhile, BOPP features superior printing adaptability, supporting high-definition color printing, matte and glossy finishing, which perfectly meets the personalized branding display needs of European and American brands and enhances product shelf competitiveness.

The core middle VMPET layer is the key barrier component of the entire pouch. Through advanced vacuum aluminum plating technology, a dense nano-level aluminum film is formed on the polyester surface. This special structure achieves near-zero penetration of oxygen, moisture and ultraviolet light, completely isolating the three core factors leading to product spoilage. Unlike ordinary transparent films, VMPET metalized layer maintains stable barrier performance in high and low temperature environments, adapting to the diverse storage and logistics conditions of European and American cross-border trade.
