Product freshness preservation is the core demand of European and American end consumers and brand owners for packaging. In flexible packaging applications, external air penetration is the primary cause of product oxidation, moisture regain, flavor deterioration, and shelf-life reduction. Our custom stand-up pouches adopt internal aluminum plating technology, which fundamentally solves the air isolation problem and achieves long-term fresh-keeping effects.

Ordinary plastic stand-up pouches have natural microporous permeability. Oxygen and water vapor in the air can slowly penetrate the pouch body over time, causing fat oxidation in food, moisture absorption and agglomeration of powder products, and failure of active ingredients in nutraceuticals. Especially in high-humidity and high-temperature environments common in parts of Europe and North America, ordinary packaging cannot maintain stable product quality during long-distance transportation and shelf display.

The internal aluminum layer of our PET/AL/PE pouches forms a vacuum-level barrier protection system. The dense aluminum film can block nearly 100% of oxygen infiltration and water vapor transmission, completely cutting off the chemical reaction conditions required for product deterioration. In addition, the aluminum layer can shield ultraviolet radiation, which is particularly important for light-sensitive products such as tea leaves, essential oil products, and functional foods, preventing active ingredient decomposition caused by light exposure.
This fresh-keeping advantage directly translates into commercial value for brands. For European and American food and health product enterprises, stable long-term freshness can effectively extend the product shelf life, reduce inventory waste and return rates caused by quality deterioration, and improve consumer trust and repurchase rates. At the same time, the opaque aluminum layer can protect product formulas and avoid quality problems caused by external environmental interference.

Different from thin metallized films with unstable barrier performance in low-cost packaging, our aluminum plating process features uniform coating, strong adhesion, and no peeling or fading during long-term use, ensuring consistent barrier and fresh-keeping performance throughout the product sales cycle.
